A typo has been introduced in the unpacker breaking the unpacking of ferol-saved files

run the unpacker over ferol files produced on integration stand

Possible Solution (for bugs)

Patch: Uncomment https://github.com/cms-gem-daq-project/gem-light-dqm/blob/d41f991703a2eb06eac2c3aabd39953064e84286/gemtreewriter/src/common/GEMUnpacker.cc#L56
