Description

Added new subdirectories under DATA_PATH to cover automatic lookup of new vfatqc tools

Types of changes

Motivation and Context

Adding new tools to run_scans.py and a planned (future) update of ana_scans.py. Automatic parsing of subdirectories is helpful.
