Brief summary of issue

The librwreg has to be modified such that it can call the method update_atdb from ctp7 module utils

Expected Behavior

We need to be able to call update_lmdb at the CTP7

Current Behavior

Currently update_lmdb can only be called from CTP7

Context (for feature requests)

We want to update the lmdb address table every time the FW loading scrips are called.
