Description

Provided functionality for reading SCA temperature and voltage values for multiple links.

[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Motivation and Context

Need the ability to track temperature and voltage values on multiple OH's in a single RPC call.

How Has This Been Tested?

Testing has been made: https://github.com/cms-gem-daq-project/vfatqc-python-scripts/pull/202
