fix the payload names of PFPuppi and add ca15 as recommended jet algo… #44

The names of payloads for puppi jets were 'AKXPFPUPPI'. Fixed them now so they are now 'AKXPFPuppi'.

Also add ca15 as part of the recommended algorithms.
