In this version it is included an additional option to run the jetToolbox as a customized option for nanoAOD. (aka it runs during the nanoAOD production, creating modified nanoAOD files) This part of the toolbox I call it in beta version since I have tested a couple of times without a problem but I would like the feedback from other users.
Also fixing some bugs for AOD and runOnMC.
