Retrieve jet MC flavor by default #8

This PR turns on computation of jet flavor by default. The user can still disable it by setting the argument getJetMCFlavour to false

An getSubJetMCFlavour argument is also added, to turn on jet flavor for subjets. It's off by default.

Hi Seb, sorry another email that went to my spam. Unfortunately I already make other commits before this one and I dont know a good way to merge this two files now. So I just copied you changes in the last version and commit it myself. Hopefully this helps. cheers,
