Remove MC matching when running on data #9

This PR adds a new runOnMC flag to jetToolbox and make sure it can run on data.

PS: The first commit is only a conversion of tabs to spaces. Use this url: https://github.com/cms-jet/JetToolbox/pull/9/files?w=1 to see the diff ignoring space changes
