Turnon curves and scaling plots are now saved as json files.

https://github.com/bonanomi/Phase2-L1MenuTools/pull/24 also solves https://github.com/cms-l1-dpg/Phase2-L1MenuTools/issues/5 and now multiple thresholds can be included in the scaling plots.
