[Plotter] Improve plotter and extend comparisons #16
Solves https://github.com/bonanomi/Phase2-L1MenuTools/issues/10 and https://github.com/bonanomi/Phase2-L1MenuTools/issues/7, allowing comparison of multiple objects and different versions. Documented also in https://github.com/cms-l1-dpg/Phase2-L1MenuTools/issues/12 (for comparison of different versions). Comparisons can be done with
compare_plots.pyusing*_comparison.yamlconfig files.
