[Region V25] Correct mapping of a new branch called region using eta #26
Solves the issue with tkElectron and tkPhoton objects from V25 where the HGC branch holds only 0 values and cannot be used anymore to define the region. A new method is introduced to define region branch based on the eta of the object.
