Removed obsolete entries in configs
removed analysers and their configs:
- energy_sums_efficiencies (superseded by jetMet_analyser)
- jet_efficiencies (superseded by jetMet_analyser)
- jet_rates (superseded by HW_Emu_jetMet_rates)
- jet_resolution (superseded by jetMet_analyser)
- study_met

@bundocka @professor-calculus please have a look and make sure I have not removed anything that is still in use.

Once that is merged, I will tag version 0.4.0 and start migrating analysers one-by-one to the new eventReader.

As a reminder: The new event reader will allow us to optimise under the hood and the new producers will remove the need to modify the event reader by users.
