Adding new energy sums in menu #350

Introduce the following new trigger objects:
- ETTEM for total-ET with ECAL only
- ETMHF for missing-ET with HF
bit definition is described at here
utm has been updated.
- esConditionType now includes TotalEtEM and MissingEtHF
- esObjectType now includes ETTEM and ETMHF
- precisions now extended for ETMHF
test menu available at here

@mulhearn The new tag of utm, r45960-xsd310-patch, has been prepared. You can request the tag for both 8.0.X and 8.1.X

@rekovic @mulhearn The new tag of UTM, r46131-xsd330-patch, has been prepared. With this tag, the revision number is automatically appended to comment strings of menu which then be O2O'ed. You can request the tag as an update of UTM external library for both 8.0.X and 8.1.X
