Add high purity flag to muons #497

PR description:

The Muon POG recommends additionally applying the highPurity flag to high pT muon identification in the case of a single muon signature. This PR adds the highPurity flag to NanoAOD

PR validation:

Ran a test job in CMSSW_11_0_0_pre13 on data. The branch is correctly filled.

Please update PhysicsTools/NanoAOD/python/nanoDQM_cfi.py: take this patch or run prepareDQM.py -d -u nano_file_mc.root, and then if needed adjust the plot range using some human common sense.
