PPS information in NanoAOD #504

PR description:

Add PPS information to NanoAOD, in data workflows only.

Replaces #399.

Hi @peruzzim , I just wanted to make a note to you that I believe the test failed when testing data from 9_4_X. The reconstructed proton object is available from 10_X on.
