Small additions to the btagSF model to include the year-by-year correlation breakdown of uncertainties in case of fixed WPs: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/BtagRecommendation#Correlations_across_years_2016_2
Also merged b/c jets SFs and light jets SFs into a single CSV file, this avoids using multiple readers for the same WP.
