2011 branch: update poet_cfg.py to 2011 (instead of 2012)

In the 2011 branch, the config file poet_cfg.py refers to 2012 and not to 2011

Change:

• [x] input file in lines 52 and 54
• [ ] input files example listing lines 63-70
• [x] GTs in line 82,83 and in the commented lines 86-89, should be FT_53_LV5_AN1 and START53_LV6A1
• [x] validated runs json line 92 and 96, should be Cert_160404-180252_7TeV_ReRecoNov08_Collisions11_JSON.txt
  • this file needs to be uploaded in the data directory (now contains 2012 files)
• [x] GT strings for JEC in lines 121 and 122
  • the corresponding txt files would need to be placed in the JEC directory (now contains 2012 files)
