Docker image with vnc in the gitlab registry #13

The new docker pre-exercise instructions (from #12) should all point to gitlab images. The image with vnc for getting the GUI through CMS OD docker -> WSL2 linux -> W10 host is in docker hub cmsopendata/cmssw_5_3_32_vnc:latest

It would be good to have that in the gitlab registry for the sake of consistency. @clelange thanks!

Should be fixed by https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-cloud/cmssw-docker/-/tree/vnc and resulting container cmsopendata/cmssw_5_3_32_vnc:20210616.
