Geometries from different LHC eras #82

In many cases the detector geometry changes over different runs. From Run 1 to Run 2 the changes weren't huge but for phase 1 and phase 2 upgrades this will not be the case. How to handle this? A re-think about how geometries are loaded and handled is needed.

More changes to handle after 2016-2017 EYETS so re-opening

Possible course of action:

Show geometry on load that has remained unchanged over eras (like ECAL barrel)
Allow for user loading of additional geometry according to era

This is helped by improved glTF importing. Revisit soon (especially with Run 3 era beginning)
