List of changes:

Added handling of periodic coordinates, like angle variables.
Added function change_coordinates for moving from one coordinate system to another
Added function change_domains to specify the domains of the periodic coordinates
Added in the two plotter methods the option to change the coordinate system used for plotting
Improved the documentation of the library
Formatted the Python code to follow the PyLint standard
Changed the name of the library methods to follow the snake_case standard
Added tests for all the supported data types

I made several changes to the tests in the CI. Should I include them in this PR or open another one so to keep things more organized?
