Add test for RiemanFit in RecoPixelVertexing/PixelTrackFitting #620

As noted in https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/33864#issuecomment-850841723, we should add a test (or workflow) for the Riemann fit in RecoPixelVertexing/PixelTrackFitting.
