scram list CMSSW ordering. #2

I noticed today that when I do a "scram list CMSSW" on a CERN machine (for slc5_amd64_gcc472), the output comes out in scrambled order. The most recent IB's no longer come at the bottom, but somewhere in the middle where they are hard to find.

SCRAM list releases based on their time stamp. The problem Bill saw was due to the bug in our IB installation procedure, fix this has fixed the scram list issue too.
