setup.py: fix custom load_source compatibility for Python < 3.4 #73

This PR makes the load_source implementation work across Python 2 and 3 before and after Python 3.4.

This change fixes my loose ends in #72. I just noticed that this project still supports Python 2 and versions before 3.4. I'm very sorry for any trouble caused.
