Update gpu workflows for CMSSW 14.x

Update the GPU workflows for CMSSW 14.0 and later to run the Alpaka-based configurations:

• Pixel only, with GPU-vs-CPU validation
• ECAL only
• HCAL only, with GPU-vs-CPU validation
