@aandvalenzuela , what if only one arch base image is changed? May be better to create separate issues for each arch? e.g. [el8][arch][hash] Base image <name> has changed

@smuzaffar, I thought that if basealmalinux changes, then it will change for all archs (but maybe I am wrong here). Then, in case we force rebuild for only one arch, my idea is to parse the list of closed issues looking for the hash of the selected arch and append the messages there.

I can do one issue per arch if you prefer :)

Maybe one issue per arch is more readable as well, although we will have more issues open

ah ok, so if you can search for arch:hash then it is fine to have one issue for all archs.

This message happened because [el8] Base almalinux image has changed ( aarch64:c3865a2d7c ppc64le:cdaa411adc x86_64:aed7a4f18d ) and [el8][x86_64][aed7a4f18d] Base almalinux image has changed are apparently the same title for https://github.com/cms-sw/cms-bot/blob/master/create-gh-issue.py#L55-L58, I am looking into it!

may be you can add labels e.g. el8, almalinux, aarch64-hash, x86_64-hash, ppc64le-hash and then use github api to get issue which has el8, x86_64-hash, almalinux
