outdated/unused RecoMET/METPUSubtraction #34839

It was pointed out in https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/34571#discussion_r675962014, https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/34571#issuecomment-886831420 that https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/blob/master/RecoMET/METPUSubtraction/python/mvaPFMET_leptons_cfi.py is unused and contains dead code referring to nonexistent plugins.

@camclean @alefisico can you please confirm and open a PR to remove the dead code?
