Duplicate entries in JetAnalyzer DQM #40311

It was pointed out in https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/40293#issuecomment-1348071223 that four JetAnalyzer plugins "are contained in the DQMOffline sequence [...], while four are in the PostDQMOfflineMiniAOD [...]. Twice more plugins filling the same plot leads to twice the entries".

This looks like a bug, and it should be fixed.
