I think this is a problem with DAS. How can I fix it?

the query is file dataset = /Neutrino_E-10_gun/RunIISummer20ULPrePremix-UL16_106X_mcRun2_asymptotic_v13-v1/PREMIX

From the printouts I assume you're running cmsDriver.py. The dataset has 155k files, so the query will likely take a lot of time. Maybe try to run the DAS query yourself, and pass the file list to cmsDriver.py?
