CPX Tune Import Path for Run3 fragments #3313

Hi GEN,

Recently during validating the EXO Run3 requests, we have got notified by @sihyunjeon that the CPX tune path needs changing. We are aware of the CPX tune parameter change as documented in MccM gdocs but we don't full know the correct import path for them.

I have turned to @SanghyunKo to confirm that the path did need a modification. But I couldn't help noticing that in the existing Run3 13p6 TeV fragments inside genproduction the paths are still Run2 ones. (For instance https://github.com/cms-sw/genproductions/blob/53f69eef4172b30b7c22b57bc3ead9e03bfd35c9/genfragments/ThirteenPointSixTeV/JpsiEE_Pt_2_30_13p6TeV_TuneCP5_pythia8_cfi.py#L3)

I hope there could be official documentation about the correct path. And we should correct the fragments in this github repo so that people won't refer to wrongly configured fragments when preparing Run3 samples.

hi @DickyChant thanks for pointing this out, i overlooked this line. @arsahasransu could you please change "MCTunes2017" to "MCTunesRun3ECM13p6TeV"
