Create mg356 branch #3772

Update patches and gridpack_generation.sh script according to mg356. Please note there is no mg356 version in cms-project-generators [1] yet, so this commit temporarily uses mg356 in mg5 launchpad [2], which should be updated later.

Shouldnt this go into mg35x branch instead? Did you start from 29x master or 35x branch? I am not sure how much these two diverged

Ah sorry. It of course started from mg355. We go for mg35x.
