Update to CMSSW releases with Ninja 1.1 #3779

Fixes to build madgraph against CMSSW ninja, mainly moving to new CMSSW version with updated gosamcontrib/ninja

another point, pre release should be replaced by full release as soon as we have one that satisfies the needs of Ninja.

Hi @bbilin, this PR is just to the mglib_path branch of the main genproductions repo (initally made by Sihyun), I think you can merge now, then I'll make an MR from that branch to master when we've passed the checks - the remaining bottle-neck is just working out why CMSSW_12_4_22 isn't available in slc7, as I mentioned in the email thread.

Then yes, I can move to a CMSSW_14_2_0 once that exists.
