add KIT specific settings for HTCondor and NRG storage #1

This pull requests adds the possibility to submit jobs on the KIT condor, and write the output to the GridKA NRG storage. Also adds the possibility to hadd the ourput files and store the merged file back to NRG.

Hey @harrypuuter, one thing I just realized in this line, is that /store/user might not be unique enough to be unambiguously assigned to KIT.

I'll add an extra check myself, "etp" in host.
