Including CMSDAS2020 content to TauFW #3

Dear all,

This is a pull request to include the CMSDAS2020 content as it was planned by me content-wise.

Please feel free to adapt the code related part as you think it is best after merging this request. In particular, I have not included the CombineHarvester related code into TauFW and have kept it in a separate repository.
