Add options for the 2015C ReReco, 50ns Data/MC and FastSim MC

• Added missing DataPorcessing options
• Simplified/Fixed JEC db file names
• Disabled eleIdVerbose (too many printouts)
• Exclude some collections that are not available in FastSim
