This PR includes:

Adding new 25ns V6 JECs
- Set options to reapply new JEC by default
- Fix the application of residual corrections for data, also apply by default (this should be on from now on)
Set default labels for LHE info both Full and FastSim
- Save all Event/Run infos in order to calculate pdf/scale etc. uncertainties
Update FastSim options for new MiniAODv2 version
