Fix LHE Label for QCD, but save LHE info if exists #26

Setting default lheLabel back to "" (i.e. do not set to "externalLHEProducer" if unspecified), because LHE info doesn't exist for all generators, eg: QCD samples.

We still want to save the LHE Event/Run Info, so we keep them if they exist in MC.
