Added missing PUPPI systematics variables and subjet keys, Added JEC … #41

Changes include:

An update to the latest 76X jet energy resolution variables (we had 74X values): https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/JetResolution#JER_Scaling_factors_and_Uncertai
Added back the JEC uncertainty variable for all jet types (including PUPPI) which was missing in the 76X branch.
Added missing Keys for PUPPI subjets.
Added missing systematics variables for PUPPI jets too.

UPDATE (2nd commit):

Instead of hardcoded values, read JER scale factors and pt resolution from official text files
Added new crab config files

Ok, I changed it. I was actually thinking about the exact same name at one point. :)

Sorry to poke at an old topic, but it seems like you only apply 'scaling' as defined by https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/JetResolution#Smearing_procedures, not the hybrid scaling+smearing. Am I just not seeing where this is applied?

Hello Susan,

Yes, you are right, I left that part of the code (including the avriable name) intact. It seems what we previously called "smearing" was actually scaling, I merely replaced the variables where we take the scale factor from. In principle, one can do the recipe on the twiki (which apparently was updated recently) during the analysis, because we save gen jets, sigma (resolution) and the scale factors in the ntuples, so if one needs to use this procedure, he/she can do it. A renaming of the variable, or implementing the recommended recipe could be useful if the recipe does not change further.
