Fixing unschedule mode from jetToolbox and README #81

This is not a final version but it is a working version. I think we can ask for contributions for analysts to include some trigger efficiency plots and other tools. What do you think @dmajumder @skyriacoCMS @jkarancs?

@alefisico thanks. I agree. We can start testing with this version. Also, let us make a list of unused/ obsolete objects and remove them.
