Add syntax highlighting #2

Adds syntax highlighting and automatically reloads when pywal colors update. Color ordering could probably be improved to ensure that foreground/background colors aren't clashing, but it seems decent enough for now. Resolves https://github.com/cmschuetz/vscode-wal/issues/1
