Make the "2nd class" tabs equal to the "main cluster" tabs #205

It feels odd for me that the "2nd class" tabs (the sessions I have moved out of
the main cluster like on top, below, etc.) can not be cycled with the Ctrl+TAB
hot key even though I have one of those windows in focus.

Example: I work often with the following layout:

-a few sessions/tabs in the "main cluster"
-a few session in a row on top of it

I use them like I would have opened two session of superputty (which is a
workaround for this request).

In my opinion and for the way I work with this tool it would be nice if the
"2nd class" tabs would be equally treated in there behaviour like the tabs from
the "main cluster".

...also the commands entered into the commands-textbox do not apply to the "2nd
class" tabs. This might be a bug or a feature depending on how you work with
this tool. Maybe add an option to toggle the wanted behaviour?

After checking that there is a an option "Accept Commands" in the right click
menu for each tab I think its a bug and no feature :-)

the behavior is expected right now...the tabbing and sending of commands only
work for tabs docked as main documents in the main tab.

I agree with the OP ... this is very odd behavior. There should be no "2nd
class" tabs or clusters. All clusters of tabs should have equal footing and
have the same look-and-feel and behavior. I really need to be able to Ctrl+Tab
between tabs, regardless of the group. It's very frustrating that this works in
one group but not the others.
