how could i integrate telepresence with asterisk in AS mode? is there some 
documents about that. thanks very much!

You just have to forward incoming INVITEs to telepresence.

e.g.:
Asterisk/extensions.conf:
exten => <BridgeID>,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@telepresence,,)

Asterisk/sip.conf:
[telepresence]
videosupport=yes
type=peer
host=<IPofTelepresence>
port=20060

Replace <BridgeID> and <IPofTelepresence>.
