the example maven pom in the distribution has an incorrect version number #56

The distribution for dbdeploy 3.0M3 includes an example pom.xml in the examples 
directory.

However, this pom references a plugin version of 3.0-SNAPSHOT, which is 
incorrect. The version referenced should be updated when a project release is 
made. 

Furthermore, it should:

  * include comments like the ant build.xml to help people self-discover functionality
  * not include a dependency on dbdeploy-core, maven figures this out automatically
