Issue when calling Oracle functions and Procedure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.execute a script that calls an oracle function or procedure
2.Function already exists in the Database 
3.Using db deploy via a command line to call the script

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error :Error as  -> ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0M3 release on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
