Start disabled #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have launch at startup enabled
2. Restart mac
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like it to start disabled and be able to enable it if I like. I see no 
option to do this. Even if you disable launch at startup, only the menu icon 
does not show but it still does not sleep at lid close!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version 1.2.1 with Lion 10.7.3 on early 2011 MBP
