In general look at all tgui list selections that are more or less a static count of options to review making them a radial option

[ ] Crafting menu (Metal sheets)

[ ] Language selection?

[ ] Xeno special structures

[ ] Multiuse items (e.g. maybe multitool)?

[ ] Inventory opening -> Radial menu to take item

[ ] Guns (e.g. field stripping and maybe other weapons)
Append any other suggestions here and we can decide what is worth doing or not.
As title says, convert instances of tgui menus to radial menus where it can easily be done so (the items have sprites, do not use a convoluted method of picking the option, etc)
Remember to ensure that if the client has the no_radials_pref it shows a tgui list instead.
