Description of the bug

As per title. You have to toggle your spotter's sights off and on to make it work again

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Imo, gun nor tripod shouldn't tamper with vision at all, in case of events NVG could be spawned in, in case of regular round sniper and spotter getting one each anyway

How do we reproduce this bug?

Aquire and equip spotter kit
Deploy and man spotter tripod
Exit tripod
Get no NVG with sights active
