When using catwalk tiles or catwalk mesh, you can place them ontop of already placed catwalks and it will consume the tile/mesh you are holding an do nothing
What's the difference with what should have happened?
It should not be able to place at all
How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Place a catwalk tile/mesh [or] have a catwalk tile/mesh floor
2) Place a catwalk tile/mesh onto the catwalk floor
3) Gaze in wonder as your floor tile stack disappears into the ether
