Description of the bug

As the title says, the Anchorpoint squaddies (Smartgunner, Medic, etc.) spawn as a rifleman. This means they lack the skillset to do their job. (smartgunner has gear but no skill, same with medics.)

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Anchorpoint squaddies should have the correct skills to use the gear that they spawn with.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Step 1: Spawn as an Anchorpoint Smartgunner. Step 2: You can't use your gear because you are a rileman with a riflemans skillset, but smartgunner gear.
