About the pull request

Some minor changes and code improvements (downgrade)

Explain why it's good for the game

Litteraly no changes for gameplay, only qol for WHO/STAFF WHO and some code work around

Toooo lazy, please just rev code, any issues?

Mehhh, if it's fine, this will save a lot of time for me, because rn I don't want to mess around creating two different branches and copy over code

This prs only do QoL and backend, not a BALANCING AROUND or NEW FEATURES
