Shooting a disposal bin doesnt break it, you cant hit them with melee weapons (they go inside the bin), you cant use any tools on them (they go inside the bin), regardless of intent. Basically sucking up all your stuff inside. And you cant get your stuff out if it is unpowered.
What's the difference with what should have happened?
I should be able to use tools or shoot it so it breaks and spits all my items out.
How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Find an unpowered disposal bin
2) Shoot, smack, use tools on the disposal bin
3) Disposal bin shrugs off bullets and sucks your items in with unsatiable hunger.
